Radtac is Merging into Cprime – Here’s What You Need to Know
Exciting things are happening in the Radtac space! Last year, we announced that we were acquired by Cprime, a global consulting firm looking for a partner to further expand digital transformation services. By the end of 2022, Radtac will be fully integrated into the Cprime solution.

Why is Radtac merging with Cprime?
Radtac has continued to expand upon its 30 years of expertise, and will continue to build on that knowledge. Since the acquisition in 2020, the integration is a result of ongoing plans to become one global transformation company. The goal of merging is to better serve our customers’ holistic journey, from training, to development and consulting.
New and existing clients will have more accessibility to experts leading change across the globe by merging together with Cprime.
I have training scheduled with Radtac, is there anything I need to consider?
Training sessions, individual or team, will still run as scheduled. You can expect the same level of quality and real-world experience we provide with our Subject Matter Experts.
By the end of 2022, a few changes will happen in your confirmation emails. Once you’ve registered for a session, the email will come directly from a cprime.com email address. If you continue to email @radtac.com email addresses, your intended recipient will still receive your message. However, we encourage you to begin updating your contact lists with our permanent Cprime email addresses.
I have a contract with Radtac, is that still valid?
Yes, absolutely. All contracts and written agreements are still valid.
We will contact all of our clients, associates and suppliers letting you know when the name change is in effect. In some cases, contracts will be updated to reflect our legal name change to Cprime UK Ltd.
How does this effect invoicing and payments?
There are no immediate effects and changes to invoicing and payments. No action is required from you. All of our systems and processes have been integrated so in the event any changes are required, you will be notified in a timely fashion.
How has my point of contact changed?
For individual training, your point of contact will not change.
For enterprise clients, we will continue to build your learning paths and work closely with you. It is our goal to provide value for all of our clients’ training needs, which now includes a more extensive catalog of offerings. Will I still be able to purchase training from radtac.com?
Yes, you will still be able to purchase training through Radtac.com until the website migration occurs in mid-late 2022. Notifications and alerts will be sent regularly so you can make any preparations for changes to the web experience.
Once the migration to Cprime.com is implemented, the website will reflect the most up-to-date schedule and links for registration. All course pages, and additional web pages, will redirect to a corresponding page on the Cprime website.
We want to create the best buying experience for you when searching for services and content. This website update will provide an improved, holistic experience for your training and consulting needs. Will I still be able to receive my professional certifications?

How will I access resources such as white papers, blogs, and tutorials?
When the website migration occurs, you will still have access to our resources…and much more from the Cprime library. All resources from Radtac’s library will be redesigned to reflect Cprime, and will be found here: https://www.cprime.com/resources/
How do I stay connected with you on social media?
We will be relaunching all of our social media platforms from Radtac to Cprime Europe by mid 2022.
