Guarantee and Policies
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy for Open-Enrollment Classes
At Cprime we understand individual circumstances may arise for participants, and as a company, we do our best to accommodate. Listed below are our cancellation policies and notice periods for all our public enrollment, virtual and in-person courses. Virtual Training
Participants who cancel less than 6 business days before the start of class, or do not attend class without prior written notice will forfeit their tuition. If a participant requests to reschedule their class within 6 business days, their tuition will not be refundable, and a $200 administrative fee is required to enroll in a new session. Participants are eligible for a tuition refund only when requested more than 6 business days before class starts.
In-Person Training:
Participants who cancel less than 11 business days before the start of class, or do not attend class without prior written notice will forfeit their tuition. If a participant requests to reschedule their class within 11 business days, their tuition will not be refundable, and a $200 administrative fee is required to enroll in a new session. Participants are eligible for a tuition refund only when requested more than 11 business days before class starts.
Please note:
- All training (virtual or in person) must be rebooked for a new class date starting no later than one year of the date of the originally scheduled class.
- If you do not rebook your class within one year of the originally scheduled class, your credit will be forfeited.
- You may use the credit for a different course modality, including self-paced learning, if available.
- Partner-delivered courses may be subject to different cancellation terms.

Course registration information
All courses carry our guarantee of 100% Satisfaction
Cprime Learning provides an unsurpassed training experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your experience, simply notify the instructor or registrar of your intent to withdraw from the program prior to the first morning break, turn in your course materials and receive a 100% refund. If at the end of the program day, you are unsatisfied with the program, we will credit your tuition towards a future program of your choice. If you use the training credit on a higher-priced program, you pay only the difference.
Payment Policy
Payment is required at time of registration. Approved forms of payment include a company purchase order, or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
All courses are available as onsite training at your location. On-site options can be very cost effective. Learn more about onsite training.
Self-Paced Training
Unless otherwise stated, access to any self-paced eLearning offering will be available for 90 days.
Course Hours
Course hours vary based on the individual session. Please review your confirmation email or contact your representative regarding the specific start and end time for your course.
Receipt of Course Materials
In an effort to reduce paper waste, course materials for most live-online sessions will be digital. You will receive information on how to obtain your course materials in your confirmation email. If you have not received your confirmation email, please check your Spam or Junk folder(s). Alternatively, please contact us via phone to resolve any concerns you may have.
Course Price
We endeavor to ensure the most up-to-date prices are shown on our website. We reserve the right to raise or lower our prices at any time.
The price you pay is fixed at the time of booking. If you believe a price to be incorrect you must contact the Learning Team prior to booking your course.
Substitute Participants
Substitute participants are permitted at no extra cost for the course and date of the original registration. If the substitution results in a change of course and/or date it will be deemed a request to reschedule training. Please see the section above for rescheduling fees payable.
Course Changes
If there is a change to your course – time, date, location, or reschedule – we will contact you as quickly as possible and provide you with other options if needed. Please make sure to whitelist cprime.com to verify communications will be received.
Your Privacy
GDPR Readiness and Compliance
At Cprime Learning, we value our users’ right to data privacy and have demonstrated that by meeting strong data processing standards. We recognize that the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will help us move towards the highest standards or operations in protecting customer data. For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address of the visitor. We do collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, as well as those who join our mailing list, complete web forms requesting information, and those who attend or purchase one of our courses. We also collect aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number, fax number, payment information (e.g. credit card number and billing address).

Based on the lag time of the mail system, mailings are often done weeks in advance, so you may receive a few mailings after your request is provided.
