Throughout the learning path, learners will complete various activities to practice and apply knowledge, and the Learning Lab will cumulatively assess all skills gained. Those who complete all required elements will be eligible for the Advanced Scrum Master certification:
• Advanced Facilitator: Conflict and Collaboration
• Self Paced Learning(2 hours)
• Facilitated Workshop(4hours)
• SAFe Skills(Self Paced)
• Measuring Team and ART Flow( 1hour)
• Accelerating Team Flow (1 hour)
• Cultivating High performing Teams(1 hour)
• 4 hour learning Lab

*Learners must complete the self-paced learning prior to the workshop
The Advanced Scrum Master Path is designed to assess a learners skills and abilities (their knowledge has already be tested) which is why the skills, micro-credential course and learning lab all focus on a learners ability to demonstrate through activities, breakouts and rubric-based assessment when going through the learning lab case studies.
In the end, we have tested all three learner domains:
- Knowledge (the recommended SSM certification)
- Skills (Skills and Micro-credential activities and breakouts)
- Abilities (Rubric-based learning lab)
