Let’s Talk About Participatory Budgeting with the Cprime SAFe Fellows

Let’s Talk About _____ with the Cprime SAFe Fellows is an ongoing global webinar panel series with Cprime’s SAFe Fellows and SPCTs that will cover a variety of advanced SAFe topics.

Participatory Budgeting (PB) offers Portfolio stakeholders the ability to gain cross-functional participation in portfolio budgeting decisioning while allowing organizations to optimize their investment dollars. When done right, the results include higher quality investments, greater organization buy-in, more ownership of outcomes, improved engagement and morale, and better responsiveness to rapidly changing market demands. While SAFe prescribes this technique with a single portfolio, Cprime has been experimenting with applying the same pattern at the Enterprise level in order to inform the initial portfolio budgets.

How can you ensure you’re doing PB well at the Portfolio Level and also gain insight on how to potentially apply it at the Enterprise level? Join our Cprime SAFe Fellows, Ken France, Darren Wilmshurst, and Isaac Montgomery, for the first episode of this panel series to learn:

  • How to adopt participatory budgeting within your SAFe practices
  • Tips and techniques for Participatory Budgeting at both the Portfolio and Enterprise levels to achieve optimal results
  • Stories of how our SAFe Fellows have implemented Participatory Budgeting in our clients’ organizations
